Lands owned by Bishopston Community Council

In April 2023, a local resident kindly shared with BCC a historic covenant they had discovered regarding the use of council owned common land. This sparked important conversations within our community council about the regulations attached to the land.

Fast forward to April 2024, and we uncovered additional documents and deeds that had been archived for decades. These outlined further details about the use of BCC land.

Our solicitor has thoroughly reviewed these documents and prepared a comprehensive guidance report for us along with an overarching summary.
