I have lived in Bishopston for about 15 years, having moved here to live with my husband who has a clinic in the village.

 

Professionally I have worked in HR for over 20 years, having worked for a number of major organisations including Barclays Bank, Virgin Media, Lloyds General Insurance, T-Mobile & Amazon.  I currently work as Head of HR Operations & Governance for a financial services company in Cardiff.

 

I’ve served on the Council since early 2023 and am primarily interested in governance aspects & ensuring we provide the appropriate voice and support for all age groups within our community. I am a member of the Finance Committee and have recently been designated as a Bishopston Primary School Governor. I’ve also  been actively involved in the set up of the new BCC website.
